Scientific Guidelines

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The Scientific Committee of IAPSMCON 2026 cordially invites the submission of original research abstracts for oral and poster presentations to be held during the conference. Submissions are welcome under various topics aligned with the conference sub-themes. The best oral and poster presentations will be selected and awarded across different thematic categories. Abstracts can be submitted online through the conference website.

Abstract submission will open on 1st August 2025 and the last date for submission is 31st October 2025.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  • The abstract title should be precise and informative; abbreviations should be avoided.
  • Please include the full names, affiliations, email addresses, and contact details of all authors.
  • Abstracts must follow a structured format with the following sections: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • A list of five relevant keywords must be included.
  • The total word count of the abstract should not exceed 300 words.
  • Images, diagrams, and tables are not permitted in the abstract submission.
